We are a Calgary based home builder with a focus on custom single family homes and inner-city developments. With a combined 40+ years of experience in the Calgary construction industry, our extensive knowledge allows us to build homes of the highest quality and standards. We are a hands-on builder personally involved throughout the entire process from planning and design, to construction, right through to warranty and service.

Warranty Information
We are a licensed builder with the province of Alberta and provide a comprehensive 1-2-5-10 coverage through the National Home Warranty program.

Coverage for defects in materials and labour for major systems (e.g. plumbing, heating, electrical, etc.)

Coverage for defects in the building envelope components which separate the controlled interior air from the exterior (e.g. roof and exterior walls)
10 years
Coverage for major structural components (e.g. foundation and frame)
